At MAKE SPACE, we drive organizational success by redefining workplace wellness.

Our approach centers on holistic well-being and inclusivity, turning these elements into drivers of profitability and productivity. Through our bespoke workshops and strategization, your company not only addresses pressing issues like burnout and absenteeism but also unlocks the full potential of your team.

Our programs are designed to enhance leadership, foster engaged work environments, and implement sustainable practices, resulting in tangible benefits: reduced turnover costs, higher employee satisfaction, and improved bottom-line results. Research shows that disengagement can cost up to $3,400 for every $10,000 in salary and the cost to replace an employee runs one-half to two-times their annual salary—MAKE SPACE transforms these potential losses into measurable gains by boosting engagement and productivity.

Partner with MAKE SPACE to build a vibrant ecosystem within your organization, ensuring it thrives in today's competitive market.

When employees thrive, so do companies.

Amid global change and uncertainty, it is easy to overlook that employees are the cornerstone of every organization's success.

Through our customized wellness strategies, we help businesses improve mental health, boost employee engagement, and drive profitability. Our programs foster equal access to resources, leading to supportive and collaborative workplace cultures.

*High-turnover organizations are those with more than 40% annualized turnover. Low-turnover organizations are those with 40% or lower annualized turnover.
